We need to follow 3 phases for getting NOC
1. Need to take clearance letter from the Financier where we taken bike

2. Need to take police clearance letter from NCRB(crime records beurau) at

2. For taking police clearance letter from NCRB we need to take below
documents .if you submit it in morning 11AM ,they will give clearance letter in
5 PM. NCRB office is too good. They are maintaining like corporate office. No
issues here. Every where people will guide there .

b. Requiting Letter ( we need to write on white paper reason for NOC
and our bike details)-This may not be necessary- I didn’t provide)

c. Show original RC book and provide Xerox copy of RC book.
d. Show original Insurance and provide Xerox copy of insurance
e. Xerox copy of driving license (Identity proof)
f Address proof (we can give any one of Passport,PAN card +
office id xerox,ration card xerox,any GOVT id proof). Please note they need
address proof in Chennai. And they do not accept RC book as address proof.

3. While Taking NOC from RTO we will see real GOVT office. If the bike
is a financed one, we need to apply for termination of the hypothecation before applying for NOC and
get it cancelled in the RC book by providing original rc book, 2 copies of Form
35 you got from the bank and one copy of the letter got from the bank plus
original of pollution check plus copy of the insurance plus 5 rs stamp cover . It will take 3 days.(fees is 125 and can be done in tapal section)
If you are lucky you’ll get it in the same day evening by 5pm.

5. Clearance letter from Crime records beurau from phase 2.

Process NOC application- go to the person sits in the enquiry in the corridor and request to
put all papers in order. He’ll confirm and will put everything in order( forms 28- 3 copies +Original RC book with cacelled hypothecation+copy of tax+plus copy of insurance+ copy of pollution check) Make sure you pin all forms together. Go to
the RTO and get the form 28 signed(only one on the top form 28 need to be signed).
Further take that to the PA inside. He’ll sign and lead us to tapal section(fees
collection section) to pay fees(rs 50). Pay the fees and tare the half of the
receipt(or go to the enquiry, he’ll tare it and give both pieces back to you)
and affix one of those on the front of the form 28 first copy where the RTO and
PA signed and retain the other piece of the receipt with you. Further submit
everything to the tapal section where
the application is collected and also give the other piece of the receipt to
the person, he’ll write behind the
counter number where you should come and collect the NOC and give it back to
you.

when you go back after the application, you will have the originals of the everything except the RC book with you.
Better to take Gum,pencil,Pen, whitner while going to RTO office.Below link
